Please read this Statement before you formally commission the Company to provide translation services. Once you have entrusted the Company to provide you with services, the Company will regard you have read and acknowledged the Statement.

       1. The Company is legally operating within the scope permitted by the relevant policies, laws and regulations of the country and does not assume any legal, economic or other liability arising from the origin, content and use of the original text.
       2. To ensure the high quality of translations, please make an appointment with us and provide us with the original text in advance. For professional documents, please provide in-house usage, glossary or reference documents as early as possible, and please give us sufficient time as much as possible.
       3. The originals provided by the clients should be finalized. If the original needs to be revised, added or deleted during or after the translation, please provide us with a written notice. For the translated part, if the deletion is required, the clients should still be required to pay the relevant fee in accordance with the contract. If the modification or supplement is needed, the Company will charge and delay the delivery time in accordance with the quantity of translation.
       4. Under normal conditions, we will be strictly confidential to the translated copy. Please inform us in advance for special confidentiality requirements. A Non-disclosure Agreement can be signed between two sides in order to take more stringent confidentiality measures;
      5. If you have any objection to the translation, please submit your written request for modification within 15 working days after the receipt of the translated copy. The Company will provide free service of modification. Otherwise, no objection will be regarded.
      6. Please inform us of your special requirements for font, format and printing before translation, otherwise it will be edited in accordance with the language habit and layout of the original;
       7. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time for unsettled matters.

       We reserve the right of final interpretation of this Statement!
